Dick's Wings Express

Not what I expected or hoped. A wing place should have at least great wings. They give you little cups of Ken's dressing. They should make their own. Greasy and gross. Wouldn't eat here again.

Great food, consistent and lunch specials are a great value. Staff is friendly and make it personal. I eat here at least once a week.

Everything was pretty good sometimes it’s hot or miss here but I really suggest the others one in the shores they do trivia and bingo Monday’s and Friday’s I think.

Long wait, two other groups came in after me, ordered and had food before my order was taken. Not the first this has happened, but will be the last time.

For a placed that shows they had been voted the best wings in town. Could not taste the flavor on the wings as they tasted like they were cooked in old grease. The blue cheese was the Ken's dipping. A good wing place will make the blue cheese/ranch for dipping. Over all overpriced wings for small wings and not good flavor.

Horrible experience. First and last time there. Small wings, $1.98 upcharge to split the flavor, went home to eat and no waffle fries. Wanted us to come back to pick them up. The staff seemed more interested in talking with their friends than making sure order was correct.

It was our first time there, and we will be going back. The wings were the BEST we ever had. The staff are fast and friendly. Extremely helpful and patient (lol) so many chouces of wing sauces andcombos HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! You will not be disappointed

I really like the fried green tomatoes and her wings were pretty good. Our server Dana was excellent always kept our glass full was very friendly. I only gave four stars for two reasons one extra charges for everything, splitting the wings, extra wet, and so on. Two when we asked for extra wet the wings didn't even come out that wet. I would've given it only a three star but Dana was such a good waitress that I gave it a four-star she made up for it right away and was very kind and friendly.

Food was ok... but really expensive.

We were traveling through enroute to Orlando and stopped in to try the wings (my husband is a wing foodie). He gave the mango habanero 2 thumbs up (better than the black and yellow wing chain ) and my mom and I got burgers for the Tuesday special. The burgers were homemade quality, huge and cooked perfectly. The kids got wings with honey barbecue which was kid perfect (sweet not spicy, great texture) The staff was super friendly and attentive to our three kids. Definitely a good find- keep up the great work 😁

Friendly works & Good food

If you try the nachos' just know, its no appetizer plan to share or bring a hand truck to carry yourself out. Its a lot to eat! Really good too. A+

Loved it. Lacy was a great waitress. We visited Fri. 7/29/16. She did what most waitresses don't which is give our 8 yr old son much attention. He is down syndrome with autism and is still nonverbal. Lacy used sign language to communicate w/him. He responded well. THANKS LACY!!! Much appreciated. Oh and the food was good too!!! 😀

Food is good, service is usually mediocre. Seems like back of house issues.

My Dad loves this place, but we went recently with a table of five, and we were mostly disappointed. I ordered a Sprite, and it had a musty flavor so I had to switch to lemonade, which was pretty watery. Three of us had boneless wings, and two had bone-in wings. Mine were very over cooked. They were crunchy, and floating in grease, from the Gold Rush sauce. The onion rings were very greasy too. My son had traditional Buffalo style hot wings, but they had no sauce on them, and were not even close to hot. My brother’s were bone-in, but mushy and not hot either. If you like your wings hot, make sure you order them flaming hot. And the celery? They shouldn’t even bother. They were cut so thin, they were curled. Not really impressed...

Food and service have been outstanding every time we have visited. The menu has a lot of old favorites as well as contemporary dishes, and a large selection of seasonings. Not just chicken wings, but other sandwiches and variety as well. It can get pricy, but the food really is delicious.

Everything was soggy french fries, onion rings, and buffalo wings. Buffalo wings had no flavor you could barely tell there was anything on them. the breading wasn't crispy it wasn't adding anything. For all of that the price was outrageous. We will not be returning! The best thing my fiance said was at least the soda was good. I never say anything negative about a restaurant but I felt for the price we paid the food was horrible.

Mango habanero wings are the best

Price has steady been going up & quality going down. Stick with just purchasing wings if someone insists on eating here. The rest of the food is greasy & over priced. The food pictured on the menu is definitely not the food they're putting out of this location. The attached picture is a slider (all 3 kids didn't like it or the bread . Was it on a hot dog bun?) & a traditional tender. Wished I'd taken pictures of the other food we ordered. This is a place we've frequently purchased take out from for many years thru location & owner changes. On the positive side the customer service was decent & for the most part they got our order right. Bye, Dicks we're moving on!!

Great choice of menu items. Nice selection of craft beers. Great tasting food suggested by the staff. Great hospitality shown by the manager. We had an exceptional wait staff, Kiara, who knew the food and beverages extremely well. She served everyone in her sections with grace, a smile, and hospitality. A wonderful value with great pub selection. As the name suggests: especially the wings.We were well cared for and greatly enjoyed the visit.

Pretty good food, but all fried. The price was close to the prices in the historical St. Augustine area though, and it was our first stop after checking into the hotel. Had we know how much there was near the Castillo, we would have gone there to get lunch instead. As a local place, it was okay, but we definitely won't be going back because of all the other better places nearby.

Service is great at this place. People are so friendly and the food is good at a reasonable price.

Wings were tiny, very overcooked to a crisp and not much flavor. And overpriced at over a dollar each for such tiny wings. Very disappointed. Won't be back.

Amazing experience. We love Dick's Wings, but this was the first time at this one. The wings came out perfect, and drenched in sauce. The best part was our server. JESS was awesome! She stayed on top of our drinks, and just rocked it. Request her when you go in - she will take excellent care of you.

The worst wings I just wanted to eat. I got them this afternoon, and had some at 5 this evening, the smell got me sick.I have them here before and they very good. I think they to change the oil in the fyrer once in a while.

Robin is the best waitress I've had in a long time. She makes You feel very welcome and comfortable . Her attitude makes me very relaxed so that I can enjoy my meal with friends or family

Hell yes !!! Great wings !! Wife and I stopped in for lunch and the restaurant was non stop busy. Waitresses were doing a great job, attentive, polite and personable. Can’t wait to go back and try more of the wings and all the flavors they have. They have beer and wine along with sodas for drink which is always nice. They have around 8 ice cold beers on tap and some are local brews plus usual bottles also. Sorry didn’t take a pic we were to busy eating - maybe next time.

Was visiting St. Augustine for flight training. Drove by this place a couple times and once tried came back three times during my two week stay. Loved the Quesadilla and the boneless wings.

Decent sports bar. Seating is a little long and narrow like you might expect in a strip mall joint. No bar like some of the other Dick’s Wings. They will cook them crispy like I asked for. Love the mango habanero sauce. Very generous portion of waffle fries. Wings are kind of small though. Friendly wait staff. Decent craft beer selection. Plenty of TVs but kind of hard to view directly from most seating areas...you kind of have to turn your head.

We went in on a whim and at first it felt like no one was even paying attention we sat there for almost 10 minutes before someone noticed we were even there and came to bring menus and take care of us. Once we were taken care of the food was amazing very tasty not greasy well priced and the service took off and was amazing she always kept up with drinks and kept checking on us was very attentive. When we go back to St Augustine we will definitely go back and try some different food. I had the chili some southwest egg rolls and a mushroom Swiss burger. The food was amazing the chili not to spicy very tasty the southwest egg rolls had the kick you would expect from a southwest dish and the mushroom Swiss burger was so juicy I went through like 4 napkins if you haven’t eaten here you need to try it.

Great service.. amazing food

Honestly a disappointing experience. For the price you pay, the wings are pretty small, and they even up charge you 99 cents to get more than one flavor. I know of multiple wings restaurants that don’t do this. Save yourself the time and money and get better wings at a better price somewhere else.

Great friendly staff. Pirate sauce with Dick's secret sauceis pretty good. Not a fan of black pepper in my hot sauce but this wasn't too bad. Would definitely go back.

The wings were good. I got the Victory Lane dry rub seasoning. It had a really good taste.

Quality meat clear of fat and gristle. Love the boneless wings. All kinds of flavors to choose from. Great choice of beers at happy hour. WAFFLE FRIES are the best anywhere. The female servers are attentive and smart.

The food is good if you can get over the long wait.
